Thank you for your purchase! We at The Apostolic Gentleman hope you are happy with the item(s) you have purchased. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit.

What items are eligible to return?

Return is started within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Items are:

  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact
  • Unworn
  • Unaltered
  • Unwashed
  • Free of pet dander/hair
  • Free of body odor & sweat
  • Free of perfume
  • Free of deodorant

 

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Discounted items (if applicable)
  • All items sent Internationally

 

The item(s) I received is/are damaged!

If the purchased product(s) is/are faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, and the item you wish to exchange is returned, the replaced item will be shipped to you. Both Labels to return and to send the replaced item will be the customers responsibility. To avoid sizing issues please refer to the size charts and measurements in all listings.  

How do I ship back the items?

Customers are responsible for return shipping. A shipping label will be made available to you through email once the return is started. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the store credit issued. Item(s) should be placed in the original shipping container where possible, if original packaging is not available it is the customer's responsibility to purchase proper packaging to return the item(s). In the event of an exchange an invoice will be issued for the cost of both shipping labels. 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
