Our items are available to ship within 1-3 business days, The Apostolic Gentleman ships on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Shipping can take from 2 business days up to two weeks depending on what shipping zone you are in, so please plan accordingly. Orders are typically shipped via USPS ground advantage, or UPS ground to ensure our shipping rates can stay reasonable. USPS priority mail shipping is also an option at an extra cost and should be selected during check out. Purchasing priority mail shipping does not guarantee an item will get to you faster depending on location, and time and date of purchase.  

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer therefore the customer must provide the correct shipping address when placing an order. The Apostolic Gentleman is not responsible for any lost items, undeliverable/ returned to sender packages due to incorrect/ incomplete addresses. If the order is returned to The Apostolic Gentleman due to invalid/incorrect/incomplete address or returned to sender, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees and must pay for fees before order can be reshipped to the correct address.

Customers will receive an email update with a tracking number as soon as the order has been shipped. The tracking information will be updated periodically and can take up to two days for the system to update any current info.

Please be aware that The Apostolic Gentleman is not responsible for any shipping errors made by UPS, USPS and/or for orders lost, damaged or stolen during transit. Once your order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for it, and it is out of our hands. We cannot refund or replace items that do not make it to you or are damaged by the carrier or acts of nature. If your order arrives outside of the timeframe you paid for or is marked as delivered but you have not received the package, please contact UPS, USPS or FEDEX directly as The Apostolic Gentleman is not responsible for carrier delays or undelivered packages.
